ARE DOUBLE MATS ATTACHED TOGETHER?

No they are not. Double mats are shipped as individual mats and are not attached together. We do this in order to give you the flexibility of adjusting color combinations as desired.

WHAT CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

IS THERE ANY MINIMUM ORDER CRITERIA?

A $50.00 minimum order is required. Shipping and handling charges should not be included in arriving at minimum order requirement.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders are processed immediately and usually ship within 24-48 hour after receipt.

IS THERE SALES TAX?

New York State residents must add their local applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling charges ARE taxable.

HOW TO HANDLE DAMAGED SHIPMENTS AND CLAIMS?

Upon delivery please examine the outside of your parcel for visible signs of damage. If parcel appears damaged when signing for your parcel, be sure to indicate on U.P.S. receipt sheet that parcel appears to be damaged.

IMPORTANT – Upon receipt of your parcel Be sure to check all contents for errors,damage or shortage. No returns, exchanges or claims will be honored 30 DAYS past invoice date.

WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

NO RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHOUT OUR APPROVAL – If your order is incorrect, or contains defective material call our office and we will make arrangements to rectify the error. If you have made an error in your order it will be your responsibility to properly repack the merchandise and return it to us. Upon receiving your returned merchandise, and determining that it is in saleable condition, we will send you a credit or exchange. There will be a 15% restocking charge for this service. Any new shipping charge will be additional.

CUSTOM WORK – Items whose specifications are different than those listed herein, are not returnable for exchange or credit.

BV Series mats, frame sections and any other items that are cut to size are not returnable for exchange, credit or refund.

REFUSAL OF PARCEL – If you should refuse your parcel for no justifiable reason and it is returned to us, you will be billed for the shipping and handling cost of that parcel. All orders are processed immediately and shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS).
