HOW TO ORDER
BY MAIL - You may mail your
order with your check or money order enclosed. Checks must be imprinted with
your name and bank account number. ORDERS TOTALLING $250.00 OR MORE MUST BE
PAID BY MONEY ORDER OR BANK CHECK. Payment by personal or company check on
orders totalling $250.00 or more will delay shipment for two weeks pending
check clearance. If you request that we charge your order to your VISA,
MasterCard or Discover credit card you must include your card number and
expiration date. Please include a daytime number where you can be reached.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE C.O.D SERVICE.
Payments by Canadian customers must be in U.S.
Dollars in the form of a Canadian Postal Money Order or a U.S. Bank Draft.
Other foreign customers must submit payment in a respective manner.
BY TELEPHONE - If you choose to telephone
your order in, it may be charged to your VISA, MasterCard or Discover credit
card.
SALES TAX - New York State residents must
add their local applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling charges ARE taxable.

Any parcel containing an item larger than 22x28" is considered by UPS as
oversized and subject to a minimum 30 lb. charge.

OUTSIDE THE 48 CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES - Orders are shipped via U.S.
Postal Service, surface Parcel Post. Refer to listing below to determine
shipping and handling charges. For
Canada--please inquire.
IF charges as shown below allow, we will
ship by air, via US Postal Service Priority Mail.
If you want shipment by air (Priority Mail),
please make a specific request for that type service. Any additional charges,
if necessary, will be added to your invoice and must be prepaid unless your
order is being paid by Discover, VISA or MasterCard.
OVERSIZED PARCELS - Any parcel containing
an item 22x28 to 28x36 is considered by the U.S. Postal Service to be
"non-machineable" and as such is subject to a surcharge of $2.75, which you
must add to shipping and handling charges shown below.

COD ORDERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
MINIMUM ORDER
A $15.00 minimum order is required on sectional frame orders.
A $25.00 minimum order is required on all other items. Sectional frames and
other items may be combined to meet the $25.00 minimum order requirement.
NOTE - Shipping and handling
charges should NOT be included in arriving at minimum order requirement.
CLAIMS
Upon delivery please examine the outside of your parcel for visible signs of
damage. If parcel appears damaged when signing for your parcel, be sure to
advise the U.P.S. driver that parcel appears to be damaged.
IMPORTANT - Upon receipt of your parcel BE SURE TO CHECK ALL CONTENTS FOR
ERRORS, DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE. No returns, exchanges or claims will be
honored 30 DAYS past invoice date.
RETURNS
NO RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHOUT OUR APPROVAL
- If your order is incorrect, or contains defective material call our office
and we will make arrangements to rectify the error.
If you have made an error in your order it will
be your responsibility to properly repack the merchandise and return it to us.
Upon receiving your returned merchandise, and determining that it is in
saleable condition, we will send you a credit or exchange. There will be a 15%
restocking charge for this service. Any new shipping charge will be additional.
CUSTOM WORK - Items whose specifications
are different than those listed herein, are not returnable for exchange or
credit. BV Series mats, and frame sections are NOT returnable.
REFUSAL OF PARCEL - If you should refuse
your parcel for no justifiable reason and it is returned to us, you will be
billed for the shipping and handling cost of that parcel.
